Urdu Legal Document Services

Your Old Urdu Documents,
Read and Translated.

Thousands of Indian deeds, wills, revenue records and court papers are still written in Urdu — a script most families can no longer read. We read them out for you, and translate them into English, Punjabi, Hindi or any language you need, certified or uncertified.

  • Read-only dictation
  • Certified copies
  • Fully confidential

Sample — Urdu Script

یہ زمین بحق ورثاء منتقل کی جاتی ہے

English Translation

“This land is hereby transferred in favour of the legal heirs.”

Line-by-line accuracy, with legal terminology preserved — not machine translation.

What We Offer

Three ways we help with an Urdu document.

Choose only what you need — a quick reading to know what the paper says, or a full written translation you can produce before a court, bank or revenue office.

Read-Only Reading

You send the document; our Urdu reader goes through it and tells you exactly what is written — over a call, or as a spoken summary you can keep. No written translation is issued.

  • Best for a quick understanding
  • Usually same or next day
  • Most economical option

Certified Translation

For court, revenue, bank, embassy or property use. If your original is already a certified document, we require the proof of certification first — handed over in person or sent by post.

  • Certified & attested output
  • Original returned with translation
  • Accepted by Indian authorities
Request certification

The Process

From upload to delivery, in five clear steps.

You will always know the cost and timeline before any work starts — nothing is billed until you approve the quote.

Start Your Request
  1. 1

    Upload the document

Send a scan or clear photo through the form below. Multiple pages are fine.

  2. 2

    Assessment & quote

We check legibility, confirm the service you need, and send a fixed price with a delivery date.

  3. 3

    Proof of certification (if certified)

If your document is already certified and you want a certified translation, hand over the certified original in person or send it by post. Work on the certified copy begins once it reaches us.

  4. 4

    Reading or translation

For read-only, we call and dictate what the document says. For translation, the text is rendered line by line into your chosen language and proofread.

  5. 5

    Delivery & return of originals

You receive the translation digitally. Where a certified original was submitted, it is returned together with the certified translation; otherwise the translation is issued uncertified.

    Questions

    Urdu translation, answered.

Still unsure which service fits your document? Send it across and we'll advise honestly.

    Upload and ask

Our Urdu reader goes through your document and tells you, in plain language, what it says — names, land details, conditions and dates. Nothing is issued in writing, which makes it the quickest and most affordable way to understand an old paper.

Certification attests that the translation matches a genuine certified original. We therefore need proof of certification in hand — delivered in person or by post — before the certified copy is prepared. Your original is returned with the finished translation.

Usually yes. Old Urdu hands and revenue scripts are our daily work. If a word or line is genuinely illegible we mark it clearly rather than guessing, and tell you before billing.

A standard few-page document takes three to five working days. Priority and same-day options are available. Certified work begins from the day the certified original reaches us.

Yes — Punjabi (Gurmukhi), Hindi, English and several other languages are available. If your language isn't listed in the form, mention it in the notes and we will confirm.
